Who we are

Wovi is a trading name of Level44 Ltd, company number NI723850, registered at Campsie House, Belfast, BT14 8FH. We are the data controller for the information described below. Contact: phill@wovi.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• The request form. If you ask us to build you a site, we collect your name, business name and email address. We use them to build your site and send you the link. That is the whole purpose.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe, who act as a payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

What we do not do

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. There is no analytics script from a big ad platform watching you read this page. If we ever add measurement, it will be privacy-respecting, cookie-free and disclosed here first, which is also why there is no cookie banner.

Where your data lives

Websites we build and host are served from UK infrastructure. Form submissions and email are processed on systems we control or on established providers acting under contract.

How long we keep things

Form submissions: as long as needed to build and offer you the site, then deleted if you do not become a customer. Customer records: for the life of the subscription plus what UK tax law requires. Suppression requests (people who asked not to hear from us): kept permanently, because honouring them requires remembering them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email phill@wovi.co.uk and a real person will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
